AI Agents for Firms is an independent directory of AI tools for accounting firms, law firms, freight brokers and forwarders, agencies and consultancies. It's built to answer one question quickly: which tools exist for this job, what do they say they cost, and what do they connect to?

How we check a listing

1. Official site first. Each of the 197 listings was checked against the vendor's own website: the site loads, the product exists, and it's aimed at the firm type we list it under.
2. Prices are copied, not estimated. We copy the price as the vendor publishes it and link to the pricing page. If there's no public price, we say "Not published". We don't guess.
3. Integrations are only those named by the vendor on its homepage or integrations page. The list may be incomplete. A blank means "not stated", not "doesn't integrate".
4. "Best for" is the vendor's own stated audience, with a source link. If it isn't stated, we say so.
5. No hands-on testing claims. We haven't tested these products ourselves unless a listing explicitly says so. Vendor claims (accuracy, hours saved) are labelled as vendor claims.
6. Dates. The last full check was in October 2026. Prices change, so confirm on the vendor's site before buying.

How guides are written

We start from real search demand (what people type into Google and the questions it shows), read the top results, then write a more complete and more neutral page. Every guide cites its sources, including primary sources such as ABA Formal Opinion 512 and FCC rulings where relevant.

How we make money

Listings are free. Vendors can pay for a fast-track review ($97), a featured placement ($197/month) or a sponsor banner ($99/month). Paid placements are always labelled. Paying never changes the data in a listing or a guide's conclusions. Today there are no paid placements on the site.
